Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer Goes Green!

Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer and Chapter Director John Ramsburgh stand by Bauer's new Smart Car, which gets 40 mpg and can be found most mornings parked outside the east entrance to the State House.  Explains the Lieutenant Governor:  "I wanted to provide an example to the young people of this state that with a smaller car, you can be kinder to the environment and still travel in style."
